This page attempts to categorize all Divinities as a general guide to what is worth buying when. The tiers are in order starting from 1, and Divinity Upgrades are ordered within each tier from top to bottom.

You can reset your Minions back to level 1 to earn Divinity Points (DP) to buy Divinities. Divinity Points may also be earned by cracking Dragon Eggs, which are a Crafting Material gained through Daily Quests.

As always, read descriptions before you buy something to avoid wasting Divinity Points (DP). Once you purchase anything, you'll need to spend 20 DP to reset if you change your mind.

Tier 1

These help immensely, especially post-UA.

Tier 2

These help you get Divinities faster; the only reason they aren't Tier 1 is because of their price tag. Note that these upgrades are more valuable if you're able to check the game often enough to make use of the reduced mission time.

Tier 3

Let's boost that soul gain, shall we? Death Aura provides fantastic quality of life for Bow, especially when you start spending time in the Desert as it makes Scorpions and Cobras easier to kill. Minion Elixir is very good once you start reaching points where you're accumulating Spent SP and better utilizing Inner Power. Minion Elixir is essential once you have Cyclops.

Tier 4

Time to improve the Bonus Stage!

Tier 5

These are at least somewhat helpful. You may want to get some of these upgrades earlier depending on your needs, Monster Pieces is great for additional materials, Special promise is great if you have the Silver Death Dark Divinity, and tend to have the game closed for more than 8 hours at a time. x2 Next Pick is great for trying to get more Perfect Chest Hunts.

Divine Chest Souls Divine Chest Souls 375 Increase Chest Hunt Souls by 100%.
Special Promise Special Promise 120 The first Random Box will be a Special Random Box if the game has been closed for more than 8 hours.
Crystal Ball Crystal Ball 340 Increase Soul gain while the game is closed by 50%.

Require extra consideration

These are upgrades which are each helpful under certain conditions and can be gotten sooner than other tiers if such conditions are met.

  • Less Coins More Fun is better once you have the Divinity, Specialist and the Dark Divinity, Silver Death. The changes it provides to Random Box Events can be seen in this calculator.
  • Lockpicking 100 is better once you have other chest hunt upgrades, as well as Chest in a Chest.
  • Ultra Prestige is essential for the Ultra Prestige Strategy.

Ultra Prestige Ultra Prestige 450 Gain double Divinity Points from letting Ultra Ascension prestige your Minions automatically. This also allows Ultra Ascending without new Ultra Slayer Points.


Dark Divinities []

Dark Divinites are unique and mostly have a trade-off making them unfit for the tier-list-style ranking. Instead we'll just provide you with a brief explanation for each of them. As you can toggle these on and off at will with the cost refunded, experiment as much as you want. It's advised to wait until completing tier 1 and 2 of the tier list before leaving any dark divinities activated permanently.

Name Price Explanation
Mental Calculator 15 DP This DD saves a lot of the guesswork needed for planning how much of any particular Temporary Crafting Item you are able to craft, particularly useful for evaluating how many Rage Pills you can craft.
Angular Shot 20 DP This DD is only really useful for Boss Fights as the increased precision can help save time, however it is found to be challenging to use on Mobile devices and requires practice.
Chest Extinction 25 DP This DD is only useful if you want to farm materials uninterrupted by chest hunts, or if you don't have enough chest hunt upgrades to make playing chest hunt worthwhile. It's not really useful as there are achievements for chest hunts which will take longer if Chest Extinction is enabled.
Silver Bank 30 DP This DD can be extremely useful if you want to stack up your Silver Random Boxes. You can stack up to 1,000 Silver Random Boxes at a time, but if you don't turn them off you may wind up wasting some at times. Use this to keep them from spawning until you're ready to play actively and use them.
Gemstone Extinction 60 DP This DD is useful for Quests (and Daily Quests) that require coin collection. Acquiring Gem Seller removes any need for Gemstone Extinction.
Hard Mode 100 DP Hard Mode is very good - if you can actually complete the Bonus Stage that quickly. It increases Bonus Stage rewards by 40%, but if you aren't proficient at Bonus Stages yet this is not worth buying and will only make you lose out on rewards.
Buckshot 120 DP This DD is kind of useless on its own. It has neither an up nor a downside and only adjusts the angle of your arrows slightly. However, when combined with Dark Projectiles this new angle greatly helps with mitigating the issue the strongly reduced draw speed creates. View these two as a bundle.
Dark Projectiles 140 DP See Buckshot. This is also kind of awful on its own, making you lose too much draw speed to consistently hit enemies. Buckshot mitigates this. You can further increase usability with the Divinity Death Aura. This is the best DD when combined with Buckshot (and Death Aura to a lesser extent).
Golden Accuracy 200 DP Golden Accuracy completely disables the magnet. It is quite a chore to collect enough coins without a Magnet to produce a net gain from this DD. It is best used right after Ultra Ascensions when you don't have the Magnet yet anyways.
Regret 200 DP Regret is not worth using. If you find BS3 to be too hard then you're better off disabling Hard Mode. Bonus Stage 3 has a hidden 4% bonus chance on Armory drops, while BS2 only gives +2% (with +0% for BS1). Since the Armory drop chance is only 10% even with the Ascendant Badge crafted, this 2% bonus makes a significant enough difference that activating Regret should be avoided if possible.
Silver Death 280 DP Silver Death turns Bonus Stage boxes into Silver boxes, without them being taken out of what you have stockpiled already. The added saws aren't too hard to dodge, so this is another one to get if you are comfortable with the Bonus Stage.
Dark Reset 400 DP This one is barely relevant. You will only use it a single time, if that. Don't keep this DD activated.

Tl;dr: Ideally you keep Mental Calculator, Buckshot, Dark Projectiles, Hard Mode, and Silver Death active permanently and mostly ignore the rest.


Wind Dash Dark Divinities []

Wind Dash Dark Divinities are unlocked by purchasing the Astral upgrade, Dark Side of Nature. More information can be found on the Wind Dash page, generally these dark divinities can be left on all the time as they heavily empower the Wind Dash Ability but it is worth playing around with them.

Wind Force 140 DP Increase the Collectables Magnet strength by 8 times during Wind Dash. This makes trailing Chest Hunt Keys much easier.
Boosted Dash 150 DP Activate the Boost when activating Wind Dash if it's available.
Short Burst 175 DP Wind Dash recharges faster but you travel less distance.


Boss Dark Divinities []

Boss Dark Divinities are unlocked by purchasing the Astral upgrade, Sacred Tome of Death Pact. More information can be found on the Boss Fight page, generally you don’t want to leave this Dark Divinity on for too long as the drawback of not having Bonus Stages is quite damaging to progression. Only one can be active at a time.

Victor Alpha 450 DP Bonus Stage Portals have a 50% chance of leading to Victor Alpha. You need free space in the Armory for this to happen.
Specter Knight Alpha 1,000 DP Bonus Stage Portals have a 50% chance of leading to Specter Knight Alpha. You need free space in the Armory for this to happen.


Advanced Divinities []

Advanced Divinities are unlocked by purchasing the Astral upgrade, Advanced Divinities. As you would have unlocked these long after purchasing every other Divinity, activate and play around with Advanced Divinities as much as you’d like.

Name Cost Description
Sharp Arrows 50 DP The Bow deals +150% damage against Small Enemies.
Grounded Shot 125 DP When you fire arrows at ground level, there will be no bottom deviation.[1]
x2 x2 120 DP If x2 Next Pick is activated, another x2 Next Pick will spawn, but you won't be able to duplicate the Saver.
Arrow Choke 150 DP Reduce the spread of your arrows by 60%.
Quick Slash 150 DP While fighting, you won't perform the third strong attack. This will increase your attack speed.
Long Range Weapons 500 DP Get Bows instead of Swords at the end of a Bonus Stage.
  1. This means that the arrow that would fire downwards instead overlaps with the arrow that fires parallel to the ground.
