The Quests tab is unlocked by Purchasing the Training Quests Upgrade. Further Quests are unlocked by purchasing them as bundles with Coins.

Quests requiring you to kill enemies can be completed faster with the Alternate Dimension Staff, Bidimensional Staff, and Deathwave Scepter. These stack additively. There are similar items for Coins and Gemstones (Necklace of Collectibles) and quests requesting a number of hit Random Boxes (Random Box Staff). There are also some permanent upgrades that expedite quest completion.
